Yesterday I was electrocuted right into my heart channel. I was unplugging my laptop from what I now know is a dodgy powerboard and the next thing I know I had leapt backwards about 1m and my mouth had yelped,"ouch!" while i saw a sheet of bright white light. ∞ The thing about the speed of body consciousness is that it is capable of being so incredibly fast, as demonstrated in this kind of experience, that it had all occurred before my brain had even processed it was happening. I have a fast brain too, yet I love it when the speed of my body consciousness has everything sorted before my clever little mind can have a say.
I immediately checked my shocked fingers for pain or burns - ring finger which is the end of the Heart meridian, and my little finger, end of its partner meridian, Small Intestine. No pain. No burns. :) What was that? It felt like a powerful electro-magnetic pulse that bubbled around and through my fingers and up the respective meridians of my arm, to where the two pathways separate. The Heart channel goes to the chest but completes under the armpit, while the Small Intestine continues up through the shoulder, neck and terminates at the ear. The sensation was really like a very strong magnetic shock, as if it warped the construct of my fingers then snaked up the channels.
I was running late for work so I grabbed my things and continued out the door, satisfied that I hadn't fried myself. About 15minutes later I was parking outside work and realised that I had been driving very focussed, like a ninja and I hadn't thought anything. My mind was completely calm and silent. I was not absent, I was highly present and had observed myself driving to work and noticing every detail of what was occurring on the roads. Simultaneously, the post lightning sensation had slowly worked its way up my arm to my shoulder, neck and then into my rightbrain hemisphere. Walking into work, I felt absolutely familiar with this right brain bliss, like a crystal clear lucid dreaming sensation with a curious luminous snaking up my right arm of electricity still illuminating the right side of my brain. I started to laugh realising this is fantastic! A very positive experience of being electrocuted. I sat in my healing room, which is mostly gold with a big gold buddha wall hanging and was just being the sensation of rightbrain silence merging into the goldnessnessness...
The luminous snaking sensation had now reached my crown and there was a sensation of tingling, and petaling, as if the crown chakra petals were opening in layers like waves lapping at a shore.
I had a slight headache for 5minutes and moved to talk to a fellow healing practitioner in the clinic, and report that I'd been coyopa'd! During the day people were commenting that my energy looked very bright or strong. That night I didn't sleep very much, but also didn't look or feel tired today. Im still feeling snaking moving patches of mild dull ache anywhere from the fingers up to my crown, and a very calm still mind.
At the end of today, my final client came in for a hands on healing seichim reiki session. It was only a short session with someone from interstate that I have treated before, perhaps a year ago. After the session she said to me, "when you put your hands on my head I felt a power overload! That was really really strong, I can only call it a Power Overload, and i saw light and there was so much information i don't even understand, but now my mind is bliss". I had to laugh and tell her these things usually happen somewhat more gently, but I have just been affected by a direct power overload. What she experienced was an aspected experience in transmission, which was in this form for her as it directly connected to her path, which we discussed. :)
Coyopa means "body lightning" and is a maya-toltec word applied to people who seem to have extra energy, which they call Coyopa, and often choose these people to train in the healing arts or as Calendar Shamans. Also in central and south america, if one survives being struck by lightning they are then often trained as a Shaman. The joke's on me, really having this Blog called Coyopa Heart and managing to get electrocuted in a benevolent way right into the Heart Channel. I have always received a large number of electric shocks and was always interested in people who have survived being struck by lightning and had a spiritual experience with it, but I'm going to tick that one off the list. The reflections are everywhere, closing in on us! Really, universe, make note, I don't need to be struck by lightning, thankyou, message received :)
